We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Net 30 terms are available for all Fortune 2000 companies, Government Agencies and Educational Authorities.
Warranty Information
Purchases from PlasmaTVAccessories.com are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- All products come with one year limited manufacturer parts warranty
- All warranty/refund periods start at the day the customer receive the package
- Shipping, handling and insurance charges are not included in the prices.
- All return merchandise must have an RMA number.
- All return merchandise without the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the shipping box will be returned by us unprocessed. DO NOT WRITE THE RMA ON THE BOX, write it on the shipping label.
- RMA numbers are only valid for 14 days only.
- All return merchandise received with RMA number issued 14 days or more before will be considered the same as returned merchandise without RMA number, and will either be processed with delay of up to 30 days or return unprocessed at our sole discretion.
- 30% restocking charge on current market price for merchandise in resellable condition returned in 14 days.
- No return after 14 days.
- Shipping, handling, insurance and labor charges are not refundable.
- The customer is responsible for all expenses to send back defective merchandise to our Plasma TV Accessories.com
- All repaired/replaced merchandise will be sent back to the customer by UPS Ground service at no charge to the customer.
- Warranty on the repaired/replaced merchandise will be 30 days after receipt or the warranty on the original purchase, whichever is longer.
- Physical damage will void all warranty.
- Removal of warranty labels and/or serial number will void all warranty.
- All claims for damage, missing items or shipment errors must be made within 3 days after receipt of shipment.
- Plasma TV Accessories.com is not responsible for typographical errors in this web site or any of our advertisements.
- Prices are subject to change without any prior notice.
- Georgia Residents will add 7% sales tax for purchasing
